- a domain (usually a .com or .org, but we will source whatever domain you seek)
- 3 @your-domain.com e-mail addresses
- a hit counter

- provision for an email address database gathering function of visitors to your web site
- we can also organise further domain names and e-mail addresses should they be required immediately, or in the future
Site Planning
The initial planning for your site is very important. The end result should be a clear focus within the site, that meets an expected budget. The planning is mostly up to you, but we can help too.
When requesting a quote / or during the early draft phase of your web site you will need to consider:
- WHO do you want to attract to your site?
- WHAT benefit will they gain from visiting your site and do you intend offering them interactive features at some point?
- WHAT are the ongoing costs to maintain your site once it is published?
- WHEN do you want to publish your site?
- WHERE where will visitors learn that you have a site?
- WHY will current and prospective customers want to visit your site (again and again)?
- HOW do you want your site designed? CSS or CMS?
Monthly Hosting FeesA variety of hosting accounts are available. Generally based on the size of the web site (in Kb) and/or security required for online transactions etc.
Rates and PricesPenRex Designs offers both fixed hourly rates for the life of the web site or contracts - which are subject to annual review (that means friendly & open negotiation).
We do not have standard "packages" because the requirements of each project are unique. Pricing is based on the work you need done. The better prepared you are (and the less work we need to do), the lower the price will be.
Projects of any size are welcome, however there are minimum charges on very small jobs.
What does this mean for you?Simply put, you will benefit from having someone around who's reasonably talented, honest and always available to help, no matter what the issue is AND you won't have to part with an arm and a leg to receive a great product and GREAT SERVICE!!
Our list of inclusions is regularly reviewed to provide the most benefit for your investment into your web site.
Our Free Quote PolicyPenRex Designs now offers two web site design options:
- a CSS web site design where WE are responsible for updating and maintaining information based on you emailing us the necessary updates (text & data) and directions; or
- a CMS (Content Management System) design, where YOU have the provision of logging into the web site and adding / deleting content as you require.
This second option is proving to be more and more popular as it offers clients complete ownership and control over the condition of their web site.
